Privacy policy

This policy explains what happens to personal data when you visit lilya.work or write to us. The privacy of our Shopify apps is described in each app’s own privacy policy, linked from the app’s page.

Who we are

Lilya Work is an independent studio that makes Shopify apps. You can reach us at support@lilya.work.

What we collect

• Visiting the site: we do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we set no cookies for visitors. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
• E-mails you send us: your e-mail address, name if you give it, and whatever you write. We use them only to answer you and keep them as long as the conversation needs, and no longer than two years.
• Videos: if an app page shows a YouTube video, it is loaded from youtube-nocookie.com only when you open it. YouTube’s privacy policy then applies.
• Editors: people who sign in to our content admin get a sign-in cookie. Visitors never do.

Service providers

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site, its database and media files.
• Our e-mail provider stores e-mails you send to support@lilya.work.

We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to support@lilya.work. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Changes

If we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page.
