Privacy policy — Lilya: Bulk Price & Revert
What the app accesses, what it stores, and when it is deleted.
This policy describes how Lilya: Bulk Price & Revert (“the app”) handles data when a Shopify merchant installs and uses it. The app is made by Lilya Work. Contact: support@lilya.work.
Who this applies to
The app is used by merchants in their Shopify admin. It does not collect personal data about the merchant’s customers (shoppers), and the sale badge it adds to product pages sets no cookies and sends nothing to our servers.
Data the app accesses
When you install the app you grant it the Shopify permissions read_products, write_products and write_discounts. With them the app reads and, when you run a campaign, changes:
- Products and variants: titles, prices, compare-at prices, SKUs, tags, vendors, product types, collections, stock status and cost per item (for pricing from cost).
- Fixed prices in Markets price lists and B2B catalogs, when you include them in a campaign.
- Automatic discounts that the app creates for a campaign in discount mode.
- Your store’s e-mail address and currency, to send notifications and show prices.
Data the app stores
- Your store’s myshopify.com domain and the access token Shopify gives the app, so it can work in the background (for example, to start and end scheduled sales).
- Your campaigns: their settings, and for every changed variant the product and variant IDs, titles, and the price and compare-at price before and after the change. This is what makes one-click revert possible.
- A history of variant prices for the last 45 days, used to show the lowest price of the last 30 days (EU price rules).
- Your settings, including an optional e-mail address for notifications, and your plan and free trial dates.
The app does not store the names or e-mail addresses of your staff, and it does not store any customer data.
How we use it
Only to provide the app’s features: previewing, applying, scheduling and reverting price changes, the sale badge, and the e-mails you turn on. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties other than the service providers below.
E-mail notifications
Notifications are off unless you turn them on. When they are on, the app e-mails your store address, or the address you set, when a campaign finishes. They are sent from notify@lilya.work through Cloudflare Email Sending.
Where data is stored and who processes it
- Cloudflare, Inc. runs the app and stores its data (Workers, D1 database, Queues, Email Sending). Cloudflare may process data in countries other than yours.
- Shopify handles billing for paid plans. We do not receive your payment details.
Short-lived technical logs (request errors and job results) are kept by Cloudflare for a limited time for troubleshooting.
Retention and deletion
- While the app is installed, campaigns are kept so you can revert them and see what changed. On the Free plan, reverted campaigns older than 30 days are hidden from the app but not deleted.
- Price history older than 45 days is deleted automatically, except the last price before that date.
- When you uninstall the app, its access token is deleted, scheduled campaigns stop and price tracking ends.
- 48 hours after you uninstall, Shopify asks us to erase your store’s data (shop/redact) and the app deletes everything it stored for your store.
- Shopify’s customer data requests (customers/data_request and customers/redact) are answered, but there is nothing to return or delete because the app stores no customer data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data the app holds about your store, or ask us to delete it before you uninstall, by writing to support@lilya.work. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page.
